A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ayekooto Akindele has revealed how to end the crisis in Rivers state.

Speaking in a post on Facebook, Ayekooto urged Governor Sim Fubara to fully implement the recent judgement of the Supreme Court.

According to him, the governor should sack his commissioners and halt preparation for the Local Government election until his face-off with members of the state House of Assembly is resolved.

Although Governor Fubara claimed that the Assembly members are frustrating his efforts to implement the judgement, the lawmakers have denied the claims, describing it as untrue.
