The transformation In Edo State under the leadership of Governor Monday Okpebholo has been swift and remarkable. Since his inauguration on November 12, 2024, Governor Okpebholo’s leadership has sharply contrasted with that of his predecessor, Godwin Obaseki, and garnered widespread praise from the people.

His actions, including the flagged-Off of the first flyover bridge in Edo State,

Restoring respect for traditional institutions, dismantling exploitative market union syndicates, tackling cult-related violence, and focusing on infrastructure, have left a lasting Impression on the people of Edo. The people, who were once skeptical, now feel a growing sense of optimism about the future under his leadership.
