Edo: Obi leads with over 86,000 Votes, as INEC releases Results of 5 LGAs

Mr. Peter Obi, Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), is leading with 86,285 votes in the five local government areas of Edo so far declared at the state collation centre of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

With 18,219 votes, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Presidential Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is next to Obi, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has secured 15,040 votes.

metrowatchxtra reports that results for the presidential election in Edo state was declared by the State collation officer, Prof. Nyaudoh Ndaeyo, Vice Chancellor of the University of Uyo.
