Former National President, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) and former commissioner for Information in Abia State is dead, Comrade Bonnie Iwuoha, is dead. The cause of his death was not known at press time.
He died on Monday evening, family sources said, according to Daily Review Online.
The newspaper said until his dead, Iwuoha was Special Adviser, Media to the Abia State Governor.
He was also a former Managing Editor/Head of Editorial department, Daily Times of Nigeria Plc. 1991-93.
He also led seven Presidential Monitoring Teams to seven states of Nigeria on inspection of DFRRI projects.
He held several leadership and professional positions in the media.
He was Christian, preacher and minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
