The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Plc,EEDC, notified its customers on Monday of a major system failure, resulting in a blackout in the Southeast. According to a statement published by EEDC's Head of Corporate Communications, Emeka Eze, the event occurred at 2 a.m. Monday.
