Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, on Friday, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, at his Ibadan residence in Oyo State.

Bello was accompanied by the state governor-elect , Ahmed Ododo, during the visit.

Photos from the visit were shared on the Facebook page of the Kogi governor.

He captioned the photos, “On behalf of the good people of Kogi State, I extend my heartfelt condolence to the family of my dear brother and friend, His Excellency, Late Gov. Rotimi Akeredolu Aketi on his tragic demise. May his gentle soul rest in peace.”

Akeredolu died on Wednesday at the age of 67.
