The Board of Trustees of El-Shaddai Covenant Ministries Worldwide, one of the leading Christian organizations in Nigeria, has announced the passing on to glory of its Founder and General Overseer, Dr. James Ovbioise James.
The respected church leader slept in the Lord on Thursday, 3rd of February, 2022.
In a statement made available to journalists in Lagos, the Board gave details of the funeral programmes which have been put in place to celebrate the life and times of Dr. James.
According to the statement, a Service of Songs/Christian Wake-Keep will hold at the headquarters church of the ministry at No. 7, Social Club Road, Off Charity Road, New Odo-Oba, Abule Egba, Lagos on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 5pm.
The funeral service in honour of the departed minister of the gospel holds at the same venue on Friday, the 25th of February at 10am. This would be followed by a private interment at Ikoyi Vaults and Gardens.
Entertainment of guests will hold same day at Grandeur Events Center on Billingsway Street, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.
According to the release, Dr. James is survived by his wife, Dr. Temitayo James, three children, one grandchild, relatives, thousands of spiritual sons and daughters.
