A member of the House of Representatives from Oyo State, Hon Shina Peller has formally joined the Accord Party (APC) in the state.
The lawmaker disclosed this on the floor of the House during Tuesday’s plenary, days after defecting from the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Peller disclosed that he would be contesting the 2023 Oyo North senatorial election on the platform of his new party.
According to him, the AP has specifically zoned the ticket to his constituency, Oke-Ogun.
