Nigerian Grammy-winning singer, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has announced that she is officially “off the streets”, sparking reactions among her fans and wwll wishers.
She disclosed this during a Tiktok livestream on Monday, while speaking about her experiences with men and her decision to move away from relationships she considers unproductive.
She said: “I don’t like it when guys waste my time. But for me, never again. I don’t have that problem anymore. I have left the streets, I wouldn’t even say I was ever on the streets”.
The singer said she was tired of men wasting her time and indicated that she no longer wanted to deal with people approaching her for ulterior motives.
However, the comments have triggered widespread reactions online, with fans curious about what she meant by being “off the streets”.
Her latest revelation has consequently added a new dimension to public interest in her personal life, even as she continues to maintain a relatively private profile.
