The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Joshua Ishaku as the winner of the Bwari area council chairmanship election in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Mohammed Nurudeen, INEC’s returning officer for the election, announced the results on Sunday morning.
He said the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate secured a total of 18,466 votes to win the election.
