A fire reportedly erupted at Our Hills Hotel in Abule-Egba, Lagos State, after a guest allegedly set off fireworks in one of the rooms during Christmas celebrations.

The incident occurred on Thursday evening, December 25, when the fireworks are said to have ignited parts of the hotel building, triggering a blaze that caused panic among guests and staff.

A video circulating from the scene shows a large fire engulfing a section of the hotel as workers desperately attempt to put out the flames.
