A video showing the moment an Enugu Air passenger was dragged away from the plane has surfaced online.
The video has now sparked conversations about the need for sensitization of airline passengers and staff.
In the video, at least 8 airport officials are seen surrounding the middle-aged male passenger just feet away from the plane, while the man resist their efforts to drag him away.
“They pulled his trousers earlier, now no slippers,” a woman filming from the airport waiting area is heard saying as one airport staff violently shoves the man while grabbing onto the waist of trousers.
It is not clear what led to the treatment meted out on the passenger.
