Late former President Muhammadu Buhari’s body has arrived Nigeria from the United Kingdom.
This is according to Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency expert focused on the Lake Chad region in a post on his X handle on Monday.
Recall that Buhari died at the age of 82. He died at the London Clinic on Sunday.
Vice President Kashim Shettima and the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, had arrived in London, UK, to receive the body of Buhari.
Shettima and Gbajabiamila led the Nigerian delegation to London early Monday.
