The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike has slammed his enemies.

According to him, they are not happy that he has reconciled with his successor, suspended Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara.

Wike made this declaration on Thursday during a media chat in Abuja, saying peace has returned to the state.

He alleged that several people had turned the crisis in the state into an “oil well,” from which they were drawing illicit funds for their selfish interests.

The minister added that he does not owe anyone an explanation on the terms of the truce between him and Fubara.
