Gov Okpebholo Extends ‘Warm Birthday Wishes to Dr Pius Odubu’

Okpebholo lauded Odubu's commitment to public service and his significant contributions to the development of Edo State.

Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on Tuesday, extended heartfelt felicitations to former deputy governor of the state, Dr. Pius Odubu, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Fred Itua, Governor Okpebholo lauded Dr. Odubu’s unwavering commitment to public service and his significant contributions to the development of Edo State and Nigeria as a whole.

“Dr. Pius Odubu is a statesman of repute whose dedication to the welfare of our people is undeniable,” Governor Okpebholo said.

“His years of service, particularly as former Deputy Governor of Edo State, have left an indelible mark on our political landscape. He is a true example of resilience, wisdom, and selfless leadership.”

The Governor highlighted Dr. Odubu’s continued efforts in nation-building and his role as a mentor to many aspiring leaders.

“We are immensely proud of his achievements and his steadfast commitment to the progress of our state. Dr. Odubu’s life is a testament to what can be achieved through hard work, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve,” he added.

Governor Okpebholo wished Dr. Odubu many more years of good health, wisdom, and continued service to humanity.

“On behalf of the government and good people of Edo State, I wish Dr. Pius Odubu, a very happy birthday. May God Almighty continue to bless him abundantly and grant him the strength to continue his invaluable contributions to our society,” the Governor concluded.
