No fewer than three Nigerian nationals have been apprehended for alleged drug trafficking in Libya.

Migrant Rescue Watch in a post on Sunday, April 13, 2025, said the suspects were arrested with hashish drugs in Sabha, northeast of Sabha.

“11.04.25 – Samnu Police Dept. arrested 3 #migrants of Nigerian nationality on charges of drug trafficking.

“The trio were found in possession of quantity of hashish earmarked for sale.

“The case was referred to public prosecution,”
