The Lagos State Magistrate Court in Ikorodu is slated to hear a complaint brought by late singer Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, demanding a DNA test for his grandson, Liam.

This was announced in a statement signed by Monisola Odumosu, the head of the Aloba family’s legal team.

The announcement stated, “A date has been set for the application for a DNA test by the family of late musician Ilerioluwa Promise Oladimeji Aloba, well known as Mohbad, who died in an unexpected scenario on September 12, 2023.

“All necessary legal apparatus are (sic) in place towards the success of the matter. The application is at the Ikorodu Magistrate Court (MKD/31/FAM/2024), Joseph Aloba v Cynthia Omowunmi Aloba.
