The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has congratulated Daniel Uwadia on his appointment as a member of the UN-Habitat Stakeholder Advisory Group Enterprise (SAGE).
In a statement, the governor said the appointment of Uwadia underscores his commitment and passion for championing causes that promote environmental sustainability.
He said, “I extend heartfelt congratulations to Daniel Uwadia on his appointment as a member of the UN-Habitat Stakeholder Advisory Group Enterprise (SAGE). This noteworthy appointment underscores your commitment and passion for championing causes that promote environmental sustainability.
“You have indeed made the Government and the good people of Edo State proud, and we are confident that you will continue to bring your expertise to bear as a good ambassador of our dear State.”
Governor Obaseki noted, “We look forward to your invaluable contributions as we strengthen our collaborative efforts with the UN in ensuring a clean and green Edo, and promoting urban renewal, forest regeneration, as well as other novel initiatives we have embarked on as part of our Making Edo Great Again (MEGA) Agenda.”
