Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro has revealed his starting line-up for Monday’s (today) 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, Group A clash with Guinea-Bissau.
Peseiro, who has switched to a 4-3-3 formation, made four changes from the side that defeated hosts Cote d’Ivoire last week Thursday.
Chippa United’s Stanley Nwabali kept his place in goal after two solid displays against Equatorial Guinea and Cote d’Ivoire.
Right-back Bright Osayi-Samuel will make his first start of the competition with Ola Aina switching over to left-back.
Kenneth Omeruo will pair Semi Ajayi in central defence.
Frank Onyeka, Joe Aribo and Alex Iwobi will operate from the midfield.
The two wingers are Moses Simon and Samuel Chukwueze, while Victor Osimhen will lead the attack.
