The Supreme Court has dismissed the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege,’s challenge against the election of Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

The court determined that the appeal lacked merit and that the appellant was unable to meet the burden of evidence imposed on him.
