President Bola Tinubu has reportedly issued a stern caution to the Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, for his alleged abandonment of ministerial duties in favour of active involvement in Rivers State politics.

According to reports, President Bola Tinubu expressed discontent after Wike was observed participating in numerous political gatherings in Port Harcourt, abandoning his current responsibilities as the FCT Minister.

According to a political analyst and activist, Omatayo Williams, who disclosed this on his verified X account sighted by NEWS WEEK NIGERIA, stated that Tinubu advised Wike to concentrate on his duties as the FCT Minister or relocate to Rivers state to fully engage in local politics.
