Less than 24 hours before the off-cycle governorship election, the Independent National Electoral Commission has initiated the distribution of both sensitive and non-sensitive materials for the upcoming exercise in Bayelsa State.
Additionally, life jackets were distributed across the eight local government areas of the state, which are designated locations for the governorship election.
