Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen, starts from bench for Napoli for the first time this season as he was not listed among the first 11 players in the match against Lecce on Saturday.
This was disclosed on the official X handle of Napoli, the Italian club, on Saturday.
The 11 players who would be starting the game are Meret, Di Lorenzo, Ostigard, Natan, Olivera, Anguissa, Lobotka, Zielinski, Lindstrøm, Simeone, and Kvaratskhelia.
Osimhen had earlier during the week deleted Napoli-related posts from his instagram page after a “mockery” video was posted by the club’s verified Tiktok handle on Tuesday.
