“The good people of Awo town of have been waiting to know their fate as regard the Suit because of the impostor,Adegboye Taiwo Rasaq, still parading himself as new Alawo in disregard to the Appellate Court Judgement in CA/AK/58/2021.

“The 2nd Appellant (Taiwo Rasaq Adegboye) in this Supreme Court case, has continued poking finger into the eyes of the law, hiding under this case with the Supreme Court of Nigeria by continuing parading himself as new Alawo of Awo in flouting of Judgement of the Court of Appeal, Akure Judicial Division.

” It is in our opinion that the ongoing rascality and absurdity of Taiwo Rasaq Adegboye should be stopped and not allow to stand because of the grave implication it has on the innocent people of Awo that hold Supreme Court under your watch in high esteem. It has cleared to us as a development group in the ancient town that the 2nd Appellant, Taiwo Rasaq Adegboye, forged all the documents and also perpetrate evils and other illegalities to put him on the throne illegally”

” From the above,we are rest assured that the justice would be done to all the parties in the Suit before the Supreme Court because the 2nd Appellant (Taiwo Rasaq Adegboye) was installed through the fraudulent process by faking and forging all the documents relating to the stool, disregard to Court Orders and imposing on the stool with illegal chieftain Declaration.”, ADC submitted.
