There was a fire incident on Wednesday evening at Ibis Royal Hotel, Airport Road, in Ajao Estate, Lagos.
The Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the state governor, Jubril Gawat, made this known via his X handle.
According to him, the fire, which was reported at 4.50pm, was curtailed by operatives of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service to prevent further damage.
He added that no injury nor death was recorded.
