If Napoli striker Victor Osimhen joins Al Hilal this summer, he would become the highest-paid African footballer.
According to Sky Sports, the Saudi Arabian club has submitted a remarkable £120.3 million bid to sign Osimhen.
This off-season, there has been an inflow of prominent players to the Middle East, where incredible salaries are on offer.
African players have also left Europe for Saudi Arabia, including Riyad Mahrez, Sadio Mane, and Eduoard Mendy.
On his three-year deal with Al Ahli, Mahrez will allegedly earn £750,000 per week, while Mane will make roughly £650,000 per week at Al Nassr.
However, the £1 million-per-week salary Al Hilal is providing Osimhen will make him the highest-paid player in Africa.
The 24-year-old has held talks over extending his deal at Napoli, but there has been no agreement yet, with the existing deal set to expire in 2025.
