Damini Ogulu, alias Burna Boy, a Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, has become the first African musician to sell out a stadium event in the United States of America.

On Saturday, the ‘Love Damini’ singer sold out the 41,000-person Citi Field Stadium in New York City, USA.

Nissi, Burna Boy’s sister, performed as the concert’s opening act.

The self-proclaimed ‘African Giant’ also invited British rapper Dave to perform their joint single ‘Location.’

Burna Boy sang ‘Ye’ and songs from his previous four albums; ‘Outside’, ‘African Giant’, ‘Twice As Tall’, and ‘Love Damini’.
