Despite apparent attempts to shut him down by Wole Olanipekun SAN, Counsel to Tinubu/APC, INEC witness Dr Lawrence Bayode, deputy director ICT, has inadvertently admitted in Court that the snapping and electronic transmission of the election result (Form EC8As) from the polling booth, is necessary and fundamental to the completion of the election process at the polling booth.
