A Magistrate Court sitting in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, on Monday, ordered the remand of popular prankster, Abdullahi Adisa, alongside the parents of Minor girl in prison over sexualized video.

Recall that Police spokesman, Olumuyiwa Adejobi had demanded the prankster, popularly known as ‘Trinity Guy’, over extreme pranks.

This comes following allegations that he sexualised a minor girl in one of his viral skit videos.

The Oyo State Police Command questioned the prankster and parents of the little girl who featured in the viral video on Friday.

Presenting the defendant before Magistrate Olúdáre Adebayo, the counsel for ‘Trinity Guy’, who was brought to the court by the police, pleaded with the court to grant bail to his client.

However, Magistrate PO Adetuyibi denied the bail application, stating that the allegation against the skit maker is currently under the scrutiny of the State Ministry of Justice.

The court further ruled that the parents of the minor girl seen in the video would also be remanded alongside Trinity Guy until the next court session.

The Magistrate adjourned the case until July 11.
