The Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, on Wednesday, monitored the cleanup exercise in the Aba and Umuahia areas of the state.

Recall that Otti had in his inaugural speech on Monday, declared emergency clean-up exercise in the two affected areas that had been littered with dirts on expressway.

Sharing a video via his official Facebook account on Wednesday, Otti wrote, “Today, I supervised the cleanup exercise for Aba and Umuahia, which commenced yesterday.

“I wish to thank all those working pro-bono to ensure that our towns are clean, and all who braved the rain to give effect to the directive we gave two days ago, declaring an emergency on the cleanup of Aba and Umuahia.”
