Some Nigerians have taken to social media to mourn the sudden demise of their male friend, who was due for international studies in far away United Kingdom (UK).

METROWATCHXTRA.COM learned that the deceased, identified as Okpani Ugochukwu, had taken to social media to share the good news with his friends, ahead of his departure.

“It’s a wrap, blessed be God forever. 22:00Hrs to go in Omnia Paratus. Put my name on that wall. MSc mode fully activated. International Relations,” he wrote.

Ugochukwu was celebrated by friends and well-wishers who congratulated and wished him well on the Masters of Science (MSc) in International Relations admission in the UK, via the comment session on the post.

Sadly, barely 24 hours after the social media post, Ugochukwu was announced dead. It was gathered that the young man from Afikpo, Ebonyi State, slept the previous night and never woke up on the day his flight was due.

Friends and well-wishers have now taken to social media to mourn Ugochukwu whom they as an easygoing person, describing his sudden demise as shocking and unbelievable.
