Bingham University, owned by the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), has inducted 47 new doctors into the medical profession.
The event, which took place recently at the Bingham University Teaching Hospital Chapel in Jos had the Board of Trustees (BoT) Chairman of the university, Rev. Dr. Stephen Baba Panya, other distinguished guests, parents, and well-wishers, in attendance.
The Vice-Chancellor, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dul Johnson, reminded the new doctors that their predecessors have made and are still making the University proud in their various endeavours.
He charged the new inductees to emulate their predecessors by being being good Ambassadors of Christ and their alma mater.
Quoting from Acts 1:8, the ECWA President and Chairman BoT, tasked the new doctors to continually surrender themselves to the Holy Spirit as the expectations on them are high.
He commended the Vice-Chancellor and the entire staff of the Institution for doing a good job adding that he had confidence in the training the doctors had received to serve humanity and God.
