The Lagos State Government has demolished a three-storey building under construction and sealed four others in Banana Island.
According to a NAN report, the enforcement team was led by the General Manager of the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA), Mr Gbolahan Oki.
Oki said the three-storey building demolished and the four buildings sealed did not have approvals and did not conform to planning rules and regulations.
NAN further reports that some buildings that were sealed in April where construction works continued were also resealed while the LASBCA GM took time to explain to residents with fake or wrong approvals the steps they must take to comply within two weeks to avoid demolition.
