The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has been accused by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senator Dino Melaye of imputing incorrect statistics when transferring results to the backend system.

Melaye, the PDP candidate for president in the just-completed election on February 25, announced this in a message on his Twitter account on Monday.

He said that once the commission sent the election results to the backend system, his party will reveal any incorrect imputation and changes in the numbers.

Remember that the Court just granted the Election Commission permission to modify the BVAS (Bimodal Voter Accreditation System) in time for the March 18 governor’s election.

The ex-lawmaker said that they would startle INEC and its Technology section.

“INEC is doing the wrong thing, the wrong imputation going on. We will expose any wrong imputation and figures changing as upload and backend transfer is going on. We will shock INEC and the ICT department. Jail loading for many,” he tweeted.
