Personnel of the Nigerian Army’s 9 Brigade on Wednesday recovered 1,671 Permanent Voter Cards from an apartment in the Olodi-Apapa area of Lagos State, intelligence has revealed.

According to Eons Intelligence on Thursday, three people were arrested in the apartment, while the main suspect was said to be on the run.

The troops also, according to the Eons Intelligence also recovered ballot papers, cutlasses, and Indian hemp from the apartment.
