Nigerian singer Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy has reacted to the arrest of Simon Ekpa, a self-acclaimed disciple of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

Ekpa who declared that there would be no election in the South East was reportedly arrested by the Finland authority on Thursday.

The secessionist had been accused of sponsoring attacks in the region through the enforcement of his sit-at-home order.

Reacting to the reported arrest, Charlyboy, a socio-political activist took to his official Twitter handle to mock the separatist, saying he will burn in hell.

He wrote: “Can someone confirm for me that dis nwabanshi of a man has been finally arrested? The saboteur in Igboland causing mayhem and sponsoring terrorists.

“For all the youths you have led to their untimely death, may [you] burn in Hell.”
