The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty to the pulling down of strongs.
2 Corinthians 10:4.And he(Jesus) spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray and not to faint;
Luke 18:1.If my people who are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven , and forgive their sins , and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14.
1. Given the challenges of 2022, and the successes God gave us to see 2023, it is only appropriate for us to THANK GOD for all He did for us, our families, our churches and our nation Nigeria.. Psalms 100:1-5; 103:1-6;104:1-4.
2, Appreciate God for being faithful to us by upholding us, protecting us and providing for us: as individuals, as families , as churches as a nation- even with all the floodings, banditries, kidnappings and official let downs by the governments and their agencies.
Psalms 34.
3. For God to comfort all families, homes, Churches and communities that are in mourning arising from killings by bandits, kidnappers, terrorists , ritualists, armed robbers, accidents and agents of state among others. That the peace of God will comfort them all.
4. Thank God for the sustenance of the Nigerian state as an entity, despite the pull of separation by varied splinter groups.
Appreciate God for helping Nigerians to cope with their governments at all levels, despite their non performances.
5. Thank God for current political awareness by Nigerians ahead of 2023 general election. Appreciate God because He will turn the political awareness into informed electoral choices in 2023.
6. Pray that evil people, evil politicians and dishonest officials will be stopped in their efforts to truncate God’s will in the 2023 general election. That God will give us leaders of integrity, purpose and leadership at all levels of government in Nigeria.
7. Pray that your life will be a TESTIMONY by the time 2023 will be winding down in December. And that you will be alive in the land of the living: strong, health and sound in mind.
8. Pray for your family’ s protection, provision and preservation throughout 2023. And for each member of your family to live to fulfil mandate and destiny in the new year. And than none shall die in course of the year in Jesus’name.
9. Pray for our children for God to keep them away from evil and danger across the nation. That those who are out of school will have hope and opportunity to return or attend school.
10. Ask God to direct our YOUTH to toe the path of HARD WORK; UPRIGHTNESS and PEACE. That the spirit of violence will not rule their lives. That the system should create Engagement/ Employment Opportunities for our youth.
11. Pray for family heads, mummies and daddies that they will not labor in vain this year in Jesus’ name.
12. Ask God for strength to pray and fast and to bear testimony of His name throughout the year in Jesus’ name. God bless. Happy New Year.
