Resolution of the impasse arising from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primary got a boost Thursday as the party’s flagbearer in 2023 election, Atiku Abubakar, and Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, have met, first since the emergence of a running mate for Atiku, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

Okowa is governor of Delta State, South-south Nigeria.
