*Senator Ademola Adeleke, Osun Governor-elect

Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the just concluded Saturday’s Osun State Governorship election, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has reacted to his victory at the polls.

metrowatchxtra reports that Adeleke defeated the incumbent governor, Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He polled 403,371 votes in 17 local government areas, while Oyetola got 375,027 votes in the remaining 13 LGAs.

In a victory tweet on his verified Twitter handle, Sunday, the “dancing Senator” said he has brought light to Osun State.

“I have brought light to Osun State,” Adeleke tweeted via @AAdeleke_01, attaching a photo of himself on the tweet.
