OBITUARY: Oyo Lawmaker, Popoola, Dies of Kidney Disease At UCH

A member of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Mr Ademola Olusegun Popoola has been reported dead.

According to reports, the popular lawmaker died in the early hours of Wednesday (today), at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.

He was aged 46.

metrowatchxtra reports that Popoola was until his demise, lawmaker representing the Ibadan South-East Constituency II at the Oyo State House of Assembly.

The lawmaker reportedly died after suffering from a kidney-related disease.

Oyekunle Oyetunji, Media Adviser to the Speaker of the Oyo Assembly, confirmed the death of the lawmaker on Wednesday.
