Like the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC has adjusted its time-table for the 2023 primary elections for Governorship, Senate, House of Representatives and State House of Assembly.
In a statement issued on Monday by Barr. Felix Morka, National Publicity Secretary of the Party, the APC also exempted statutory delegates from the exercise amid confusion over the 2022 amended Electoral Act.

Thursday, 26th of May, 2022;
Governorship- (State Delegates)
Friday, 27th of May 2022;
Senate- (LGA Delegates)
Saturday, 28th May, 2022;
House of Representatives- (LGA Delegates)
Meanwhile, the statement added that the Special Convention for the Presidential Primary will be held as scheduled on Sunday, 29th – Monday, 30th of May, 2022.
