The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has scheduled its 294th Monetary Policy Committee meeting for March 25 and 26, 2024, in response to Nigeria’s continuing inflationary pressures.
This was revealed in a meeting calendar recently published on the CBN’s website.
Earlier, during its February 26 and 27 meeting, the MPC lifted interest rates by 400 basis points, raising the Monetary Policy Rate from 18.75 percent to 22.75 percent.
