Nathaniel Bassey, a Nigerian gospel singer, has encouraged singles to give love a try this year.
He advised them to overlook the popular slogan ‘No gree for anybody’ when it comes to marriage.
According to Metrowatchxtra.com, “No gree for anybody” has become a common slang phrase used by Nigerians to demonstrate their tenacity in coping with any scenario.
However, Bassey, in his advice to singles, countered that belief slogan, pleading with single people to allow another person to love them.
In a recent social media post, he wrote: “Gree for somebody, this year.”
