Edo 2024: Benin Popular Pastor Endorses Dr Azemhe Azena for Governor | METROWATCH

Benin-based popular Pastor, Apostle Kassy Chuku, has thrown his weight behind Dr Azemhe Azena’s quest to govern Edo State in next year’s Governorship election on the platform of the Labour Party (LP).

Apostle Kassy pronounced his endorsement of Dr Azemhe Azena while lampooning other Pastors whom he called ‘jobless’ for thronging Governors offices across the country in the name prayers.

The Apostle intoned that such prayers in Government Houses were always said in disguise to pave the ways for them to be granted access and money to travel to Jerusalem for Pilgrimage purposes.

Dr Azemhe, who has been a household name in state over the last decade for his pastoral exploits; and one of the prominent philanthropist, having given out over a thousand scholarships to indigent students, assisting the less privilege in the society as well as placing many windows on a monthly salary.

The charismatic Pastor has created legion of innovative platforms where Edo Youth have regularly and roundly be trained in various fields of human endeavour and are given employment in many of his businesses across the State.

Dr Azemhe Friday Azena is featuring prominently as a rallying point on the Labour Party Governorship ticket and the on Edo political space where the youths are stoically calling for paradigm shift.
