The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, is currently seated at the Court of Appeal in Abuja to witness the court’s rulings on requests before it emanating from the February 25 presidential election.

Obi, in a viral video seen by this reporter Wednesday afternoon, was seen in the court room among a retinue of lawyers struggling to take selfies with the former Anambra governor.

The appeal court is expected to rule on the request by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) asking the court to modify its order empowering Obi to inspect the materials used to conduct the presidential poll, particularly BVAS.

The court is also expected to rule on the applications by the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, praying the court to allow them to also carry out similar inspection of electoral materials used for the exercise.
