In the presidential election on Saturday, Peter Obi of the Labour Party received 281,677 votes to win the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
While the Independent National Election Commission, INEC, authorities have not officially proclaimed him the winner, the data supplied by the collation officers suggested he won by a significant margin.
Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party is in second place with 73,743 votes, while Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has received 90,902 votes.
