Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the appointment of Dr. Nosakhare Liberty Arodoye as the Acting Rector of the Edo State Polytechnic, Usen.
This was contained in a government special announcement dated October 14, 2025 and signed by Umar Musa Ikhilor, the Secretary to the State Government.
He said the appointment was with immediate effect.
Until his appointment, Dr. Arodoye was the head of the Department of Economics at the University of Benin where he was involved in teaching and researching.
He has several publications to his credit.
