The Edo State chapter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has reportedly suspended its member, Hon Valentine Asuen, alias DVD (Owner of DVD Oil), indefinitely.
The APC chieftain was reportedly suspended on Monday for allegedly sponsoring attacks and blackmail against State Secretary of the party, Engr. Lawrence Okah.
Asuen is the current Chairman of the Edo State Forestry Commission and candidate of the APC for the Edo South Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections.
