The Edo State Independent Electoral Commission (EDSIEC) has scheduled Saturday, July 11th, 2026, for the Local Government Election across the 18 councils of Edo State.
The commission’s chairman, Mr. Jonathan Aifuobakhan, made this announcement during a press briefing at the commission’s headquarters in Benin City, on Wednesday.
