Kano Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has established a new security outfit tagged “Neighborhood Watch” aimed at enhancing security in the state.
The development was announced by the governor’s social media aide, Salisu Yahaya Hotoro, on his verified Facebook page.
